Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Boulevard' - Boulevard Cypress

Boulevard Cypress is an evergreen conifer shrub with a pyramidal habit.  Its silvery blue-green needles are soft to the touch and takes on purple-blue tints in winter.  Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  Water regularly but needs well-drained soil.  Juniper blight, root rot, and certain insect pests can be issues if soil to wet. Shelter from hard winds.  

 LANDSCAPE USES:  Specimen or Groups plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Rock Garden, Foundation Planting, Hedges, and Containers.
