Juniperus chinensis 'Pfitzeriana Compacta' - Compact Pfitzer Juniper

Compact Pfitzer Juniper is a tough spreading coniferous shrub with bushy  habit and aromatic needle-like grey-green foliage. tolerance for deer, salt, heat, and humidity as well as pollution.  Best planted in full sun and well-drained soils.  Compact Pfitzer is heat, humidity, drought, and salt tolerant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance.  Junipers are generally susceptible to blights, especially in unusually wet weather.  Rust and canker may occur, though it is not serious.  Potential pests include aphids, bagworms, webworms, and scale.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Rock Gardens, Naturalized Areas, Hedges, Groundcover, and Containers.
