Primrose Lilac is a large upright deciduous shrub with a  vase-like habit and blue green foliage.  Large panicles of lightly fragrant flowers that open white and mature to pale creamy yellow bloom in late spring.  Best flowering with full sun and rich, moist well-drained neutral soils.
